About us

Build to Suit supplies a "design construct" approach to building and construction that speeds the delivery of tasks, makes sure quality and reduces expense. We hand-select the designer that will best fit the consumer's needs. In turn, we solicit engineers and subcontractors, who do their style in conjunction with the architect for a common objective. With consumer input, we manage every step of design, while keeping track of cost and schedule. Once building begins, we handle development, quality and final delivery, of close-out documents, commissioning and a one year warranty.

  Exciting progress is underway at the previous Story County Medical Center in Nevada, IA! We are happy to be changing this familiar landmark into 60 brand-new housing systems, bringing fresh opportunities to the community. Residents are anticipated to relocate next year.   We recently completed a Rec Room remodelling for our pals at Ronald McDonald House Charities, changing the space into a warm, welcoming retreat for households. This upgrade features: ➡ Modern, comfortable furnishings ➡ A mix of open gathering areas and quiet nooks ➡ A vibrant custom wall covering and rug ➡ Interactive games on the walls and tables These thoughtful touches intend to create an area where households can relax, reset, and feel supported.   Today we had the opportunity to host Spencer, a current Regina High School graduate, for a job shadow experience at BTS. He hung out both in the workplace and out on the task website, providing him a well-rounded, hands-on take a look at how a project comes together from start to complete. We're always pleased to support trainees who are pursuing professions in the construction industry. It's an advantage to partner with Regina High School and assist introduce students like Spencer to real-world experience in the field. We wish him all the very best as he heads to the University of Northern Iowa to study Construction Management!   As we reflect on Memorial Day, we're advised of the sacrifices made by those who served - and the importance of supporting those who continue to respond to the call. ❤ We just recently completed a tenant improvement project for the United States Army in Iowa City, IA. This 1,700+ square foot space will serve as a recruitment workplace and includes an open workplace location, a training room, the Section Chief's office, and washrooms. This task is a strong example of our team's ability to deliver high-quality, practical areas that support meaningful objectives in our neighborhoods.
